Orders & Shipping

1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time varies by location: Metro Manila (same-day via Lalamove once ready), Luzon (2–4 days), Visayas (3–6 days), Mindanao (4–7 days).

2. Do you offer same-day or rush delivery?
Yes! We offer same-day and rush delivery via Lalamove for customers within Metro Manila.

3. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. For Lalamove, tracking details will be shared after booking.
4. Do you offer international shipping? 
Sorry, we currently only ship within the Philippines. International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Do you have a minimum order?
Minimum order varies by product. Some items can be ordered individually, while customized products may require 2–5 pieces per design.

6. How do I place an order? 
Send us a list of names and preferred colors. Please make sure the quantity matches the number of names, then proceed to checkout and complete payment.

7. How to filI out the Name & Color list? 
Enter each line as Name - Color (max characters depend on product, spaces counted; Color not counted). Each line = 1 item, total names must match order quantity, and errors show for excess characters.

8. Can I use my own card design?
Yes! Custom card designs are accepted for orders of 100 pieces or more.

9. Can I add a design to the back of the keychain?
Yes! Please indicate “Backstamp” in the notes and make sure to add the “Keychain Backstamp” product to your order at checkout.
